UPDATE: As of 10:40 a.m., The lockdown/shelter-in-place have been lifted from both Desert Ridge MS and Eugene Field ES.
UPDATE: As of 10:15 a.m., the lockdown at Eugene Field has been changed to a shelter-in-place. Desert Ridge MS is still in lockdown.
As of 10:00 a.m., Desert Ridge Middle School and Eugene Field Elementary School have been placed in lockdown due to police activity in the area.
